You couldn’t prevent your problems, and you cannot solve your problems. This is a systemic problem.
Problems make us feel bad.
The Root Cause of all your Problems
Humankind suffers from a gigantic misunderstanding that we can call the ‘illusion of separation’.
Completely against the laws and reality of nature, society teaches us that we are separate from each other and separate from Mother Earth who birthed us.
TOTAL DISASTER
The school system disconnected you from your roots, suppressing your true self. This disempowered and dehumanised you.
The consequences
It perverted our intelligence, blocked us from developing our social interaction skills and damaged our emotional, psychological and spiritual development
It did this to all of us.
We don’t know who we are, we don’t know how our mind or body work, we don’t know how the web of life works, w

Trapped, stuck and perpetually stressed
We are caught in a trap, ensnared by our schooling.
We play out our lives stuck in this trap - a tiny box of uniformity, conformity and compliance into which we are pushed and moulded by our schooling.
This is not natural living, so we live in a state of stress and inner conflict.
We therefore become stuck in the blame game of guilt and shame:
blaming and shaming others
being blamed and shamed by others
blaming, and feeling ashamed of, ourselves
thinking ill of others, wishing misfortune on them (but we call it ‘justice’ and ‘their just desserts’).
We hate all these feelings, and so we do what we can to alleviate or get rid of them:
fall into addictions — seek external validation — seek peer approval — pretend to ourselves and the world that we are okay — put others down to big ourselves up — compete with others to acquire wealth, power, status, celebrity to be seen as ‘successful’ — close our hearts
But there’s a truism in life: the blame game guarantees no solutions. That’s why we are stuck.
You are not to blame… you are not alone…
Yet, we are all human beings, we all have blood, a beating heart, a mind, a soul, a body. And whoever we are or wherever we live, we all desire and yearn for the same things:
to feel good
to be happy
to be healthy
to feel useful
to feel we belong
to have meaning and purpose in our life
to have good relationships with others
to contribute to a better world
Despite this, we fall into the blame game of guilt and shame. Knowing that we will easily be judged negatively, blamed or shamed if we say or do ‘the wrong thing’, we subconsciously hold ourselves back through:
self-doubt and self-consciousness
a lack self-worth, a feeling we are not good enough (imposter syndrome can attack us when we try to escape)
inaction and procrastination (tomorrow is always better to make change because tomorrow means not now)
making excuses to not do something different, to stay in our comfort zone, so that we won’t risk failing, looking silly or losing face; and we’re not good enough anyway
avoiding expressing our feelings, thoughts and views.
So, what has gone wrong with humanity?? Why do we want one thing and get the complete opposite?
Before we answer that, it’s very important to understand another truism, which I never see discussed anywhere in society:
You are not to blame, I am not to blame, nobody is to blame. Everybody is in the same boat.
